Printer Technician
Hours 8:45 – 18:00 (1 Hour Lunch), Workshop based; Salary: £15k – £18k
We are looking for a technician to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be hard working, work well as a team and be self motivated. A good knowledge and experience of working with HP and Lexmark printers is essential. Experience with HP desktop and laptops as well as knowledge of other manufacturers is an advantage but not essential. Fuser refurbishment experience would also be an advantage however training can be provided.
You’re role will involve testing stock as it arrives and reporting on the products once tested and inspected. Your daily task will include engineering complete printers for sale to our customer’s as well as disassembling printers for the required parts to replenish our inventory. As part of this you will need to be computer literate for using electronics parts catalogues to identify parts and prepare them for stock. All engineering work and tests must meet our strict quality standards expected by our customers at all times. Experience of using inventory software would also be an advantage.
You will need to be flexible with working hours as it may be necessary for extending finish times during our busy times to meet the needs of the business.
Warehouse Operative
Hours 9:30 – 18:15 (45 Minutes Lunch); Salary: £13.5k – £15.5k
We are looking for an experienced highly motivated warehouse/logistics operative to join our team. As an individual you must be work well under pressure to ensure that deadlines are met, and show good housekeeping skills.
You’re role will involve general warehouse work, order picking, packing and stock management. You must at all times adhere to specific customer’s requirements and our strict standards for quality ensuring that our products reach our customers as intended. A reach truck license would be advantageous.
You will need to be flexible with working hours as it may be necessary for extending finish times during our busy times to meet the needs of the business.
